Welcome to Valtique Metal Card. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom metal cards, finishes, engraving, and related services.
1. Custom products
Every card is made to order based on your selected design, finish, text, logos, and chip preferences. Please review your customization carefully before checkout. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
2. Orders & payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made via the methods offered at checkout (for example Stripe or Cash on Delivery where enabled).
3. No refunds
Important: All sales are final. Valtique Metal Card does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom metal cards once an order is placed.
4. Production & shipping
Typical turnaround is about 4–5 days after we receive everything needed for your order (including any chip you send, if applicable). Delivery times after shipment depend on your carrier and destination. Tracking details are provided when available.
5. Chip services
If you choose a chip transfer or send-chip option, you are responsible for shipping your chip safely as instructed. Valtique Metal Card is not responsible for chips lost or damaged in transit to our facility unless we confirm receipt.
6. Intellectual property
You confirm you own or have rights to any logos, names, or artwork you upload. You grant Valtique Metal Card permission to use that content solely to produce your order.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with our services. Site content, branding, and product imagery belong to Valtique Metal Card or its licensors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valtique Metal Card is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
