Is my card safe?
Yes. Cards are handled only by authorized staff in a restricted workspace. You can freeze your card or send a zero-balance card before shipping. We never ask for PINs, CVVs, or online banking passwords.
Is my personal data stored or shared?
No. We do not store, track, or share your personal or banking information. The metal body is a blank carrier — your original chip and account stay under your control.
Will my bank approve this?
Your chip remains original and untouched, so your bank continues to recognize the card as normal. Chip and swipe work like your current plastic. Contactless depends on your bank’s Tap II Pay™ compatibility.
How does the process work?
Order your design, ship your plastic card (or chip), we transfer it into laser-engraved metal, then return it tracked both ways. Typical total turnaround is about 5–6 business days including shipping.

What if I am mailing you my card?
Freeze your card before shipping, remove nothing sensitive from your account, and use tracked shipping. Nothing sensitive is stored on our side, and every package is tracked both ways.
Do you offer a risk-free trial?
We stand behind the finish and fit. If something is wrong with craftsmanship, contact support and we will make it right under our trial / quality policy.
Can I customize with my own logo or name?
Yes. Choose Customize Your Own, upload artwork or add text, pick a metal finish, and preview before you order. Precision laser engraving keeps edges clean.
